Check-In and Check-Out Procedures

Check-in time is from 2pm.
Check-out time is 11am.
(Late check may be available and will attract an extra charge. Please confirm night prior)

Callout Fee of $50.00 is charged if locked out of unit.

Deposit & Cancellation Policy

Deposit

A non-refundable deposit (equal to first nights tariff) is required at the time of booking.

Payment

  • Full payment is required 28 days prior to arrival.
  • If the reservation is made within 28 days of arrival, full payment will be required 14 days prior to arrival.
  • Full payment is required at the time of booking for reservations made within 14 days of arrival.

Bond

  • An additional bond equal to one night’s accommodation is to be paid and will be refunded with 24 hours of checkout.
  • In the case that damages are caused to the property, the bond will be retained and additional charges will be applied to cover the total cost of professional repair or replacement of damaged property.

Non-Smoking Policy

  • For the comfort of our guests, our property is strictly NON-SMOKING.
  • Ashtrays are provided at the side courtyard and rear of the property. Please close doors to prevent smoke from entering property.

If these non-smoking terms are breached, there will be a penalty fee charged (Equal to one nights tariff) in order to compensate for the additional cleaning required and loss of income.
